The situation. Visitors arriving at the showroom often have to wait: the colleague is in a meeting, the reception desk is occupied. Yet the first few minutes are the most valuable — that's when interest is at its peak.

The idea. A touchscreen AI receptionist greets the visitor: welcomes them, asks who they're here to see or what they're interested in, and immediately answers product questions using the company's own documents. Meanwhile, it notifies the right colleague and records the visitor's contact details.

What it requires. Existing product documentation, a touchscreen display, and clarifying the reception logic: who gets notified, in what cases, and what happens outside working hours. Two languages are supported by default.

When it's worth it. If unannounced visitors arrive regularly, if the product range requires explanation, or if some leads are currently lost because there was no one available to talk to.
