01 — Why ARworks
We build digital answers for exactly these moments — since 2011.

Model launches and shows: the new car can be shown before premiere day.

Every colour, trim and interior can be shown — even when none is on the floor.

A factory, an interior, a driving situation or a process — experienced safely.

03 — Surfaces
The same vehicle and product data on touchscreen, tablet, browser, AR and VR — each device with its own interface.
Shared vehicle and product data
models · colours · trims · content · AI knowledge
Models and content are managed from one base; each device gets its own interface.
A villa garden, a dark showroom, a campaign space — the setting can be swapped, even car by car.
Language, range, colour and trim variants per market; the Arabic interface lays out right to left.
04 — AI in the showroom
The conversational layer reaches the 3D app through verified commands: a request becomes a real visual step.

The system answers from the approved technical and commercial data and can also open the product page, a photo or a video. Model year and target country are part of the data; price and stock questions need fresh structured data or a system connection.
The AI layer can be linked to the 3D interface: we translate the language intent into verified commands available in the app. The app decides from the product data whether a given combination exists.
The choice is supported by comparable product data and recommendation criteria agreed in advance; at the end of the conversation a short needs summary can be handed to the salesperson. The financial offer is handled by the dealer’s own pricing and financing process.
It can record a test-drive request, contact details or an advance question. Notifying the salesperson and connecting the booking calendar is built for the specific environment; the handover matters: the chosen model, trim and questions reach the colleague in the same flow.
The character’s voice, look, language and style are customisable. ARworks’ talking AI characters and real-time conversation systems from other sectors provide the technical base; it can be tied to a finished installation for a specific brand only with the matching reference.
An internal knowledge base and permission levels can be set up, with public and staff material kept separate. For service procedures, the approved documentation, its version and the identification of the applicable model come first.
Aggregated topics and unanswered questions can be extracted from AI conversations; data handling is shaped to the chosen functions and the dealer’s process. As results we report only impact that has actually been measured and approved.
Price · stock · financing — from a database, via API
The language model interprets and explains; the data and the action come from the system.
The AI functions for automotive are development directions; they are not references as finished installations for a specific car brand.

06 — What we can build
Six directions — each backed by delivered work. Click a card for details.
Concept — illustrationA brand-fitted, multilingual AI on approved data — a request becomes a 3D step.
Concept — illustrationThe car in real space: walk-around, true to scale — even if it has not been delivered yet.
Concept — illustrationFrom a link or QR code, in the browser — a journey that starts in the showroom continues at home.
Concept — illustrationRemote prospects and a salesperson in one space — looking at the car together.
Concept — illustrationAssembly sequence, tool use, inspection point — practised with feedback.
Concept — illustrationBattery, drivetrain, charging — in 3D animation; with data links, a digital twin.
07 — Roll-out
The situation of use: showroom, event, home, factory or training — who uses it and what decision it supports.
A data structure from the model list; an early prototype for model choice, views and usability.
Performance and interface checks on the chosen hardware; a salesperson test.
Device setup, kiosk mode, network, content; short, concrete training for local staff.
A new model year, trim, campaign — regular content work, with measured lessons.
We report only impact that was actually measured and approved; technology alone does not justify a general sales-growth percentage.
Online and offline: the model showcase can run locally; cloud AI, stock queries or CRM handover need internet — for offline situations we plan a sync rule.
08 — Next step
In a short meeting we clarify the situation of use — showroom, event, home interface, plant or training — and suggest a first step.
Who uses it, what decision or learning goal it supports, what data is available.
On an early prototype we check model choice, views and usability.
Device setup, training — and continuous content updates.
