03 — Service areas

Potential service areas for hospitals and healthcare institutions

01

Custom training and simulation systems

We develop VR, AR, mobile, web and interactive 3D solutions for healthcare staff, students, patients and other target groups.

VR simulators allow participants to practise in a safe, repeatable and consistent environment. The system can measure, among other things, completion time, the order of steps, errors and the result achieved.

Professional content is always developed and validated together with the healthcare experts concerned.

Possible application areas
Training in nursing and medical procedures Device handling training Emergency and patient care simulation Modelling rare, high-risk situations Training new staff Competence development and knowledge assessment Preparing patients for examinations Presenting new medical devices
02

AI-based virtual instructor and knowledge space

We can create a digital training space in which an AI-based instructor or 3D avatar gives presentations, answers participants' questions, works from institutional documents and training materials, compiles questions and practice exercises, adapts explanations to different levels of knowledge and can communicate in several languages — usable on a VR headset, on a computer or in a browser.

Internal further training Protocol training Onboarding new staff Training medical students and healthcare professionals Digital supplements for conferences
03

Mobile applications for professional and patient-side use

Custom mobile and tablet applications can be developed for both professional and patient-side tasks.

Where health or personal data is processed, the data protection, information security, access management and system integration requirements must be assessed and designed separately.

Typical uses
Professional checklists Access to protocols and support materials On-site data capture Questionnaires and condition assessments Recording symptoms and patient feedback Patient information Medication adherence support Internal communication and training
04

Web systems and applications supporting internal processes

We can develop custom web solutions for small and medium-sized, well-defined internal or institutional processes.

The goal is not to create a new, large institutional core system, but to improve one specific process that is currently manual or hard to oversee — quickly and in a targeted way.

These may include
Data collection and data processing interfaces Registers Checklists Internal approval workflows Reporting systems Document processing tools Task and status tracking Patient or staff information interfaces Training and knowledge assessment systems AI-based internal search tools and assistants
05

AI training, consulting and process development

ARworks also provides task-based AI training and consulting. We do not focus on the general presentation of individual tools, but on which AI method can be used effectively and safely in a given role or institutional process.

The training can be designed for managers, IT professionals, administrative staff or other designated user groups.

Possible topics
Effective prompting Deep research and document analysis AI agents Claude Cowork Microsoft AI extensions NotebookLM Automation Vibe Coding OpenClaw Presentation and content creation tools Internal AI usage policies Data security and quality control
06

Rapid development with Vibe Coding

Using Vibe Coding and AI-assisted development methods, simpler, well-defined internal applications and prototypes can be created in a short time.

Before any development, it is always necessary to define what data the solution handles, which systems it connects to and in what security environment it may operate.

Possible uses
Data collection interface Document processing tool Internal search Calculator Task tracker Report generator Questionnaire system Simple administration solution AI-based knowledge assistant Pilot version of a new digital service
07

TouchAI — interactive AI kiosk and information system

TouchAI is a touchscreen-optimised, brandable AI assistant and multimedia information platform. It accepts questions in natural language, works from documents and content provided by the institution, can display text, images, video and other media, can be made multilingual, can be given a custom visual identity and can be extended with further institution-specific functions.

Possible healthcare applications
Institutional information Patient guidance Preparation for examinations Frequently asked questions Visitor information Staff training Conference and event information Access to professional knowledge materials

05 — Suggested next step

A 60–90 minute demo of the most relevant developments

We would be glad to present in person the developments that may be most relevant for your institution.

01

We would briefly present the technology and development options.

02

You could try out several VR, AI and interactive applications.

03

Together we could identify 2–3 areas where a pilot project or the adaptation of an existing solution could make sense.

I hope we can find a specific area where the experience and development expertise of ARworks can provide substantial help to your institution.
