Doktor 24 – The Mobile Doctor

About the project

We developed the mobile application for the Doktor 24 (www.doktor24.hu) healthcare service, available for download on iOS and Android since early January. This project is very important to us, as it clearly shows that we no longer build only AR solutions, but also other types of solutions requiring a complex back-end system and continuous data communication, such as Doktor 24. With the app, users can identify pain occurring in their body, and within a few taps find the relevant doctor and the nearest pharmacy. In the Symptom Finder menu, users can interactively mark the location and type of pain on full-body male and female models. In the Doctor Finder menu, after finding the right doctor, users can not only book an appointment but also use the built-in map for navigation and call Doktor24's around-the-clock medical helpline with a single tap. The Pharmacy Finder function sorts pharmacies by distance from the user's current location, then displays the contact details and directions for the selected pharmacy. The “Doktor24 Health Guardian” function helps with the most effective form of treatment—disease prevention—by alerting users to relevant screenings and recommending vaccinations.
