The challenge
Practicing helicopter rescue in real life is extremely costly, weather-dependent and risky — rare emergency situations cannot be rehearsed live.
The solution
A VR simulator for practicing EC145 rescue operations: winch handling, communication and emergency procedures — an AI assistant guides the trainee through the process and evaluates their performance.
