Abstracto, a customized real estate presentation service package, helps with exactly this. Using the latest display technologies, mobile phones, tablets, and VR headsets, it brings buildings that still only exist as plans to virtual life. Our client, Kopaszi Gát Kft., is developing one of the largest-scale investments in Budapest as part of the Budapart project, turning an abandoned riverside area into an office and residential district. The Abstracto service brings this future residential district magically to life on a touchscreen with a 3D model of the buildings and their surroundings. Using the screen, users can explore every nook and cranny of the buildings to be built in the future, fly over the structures, or tour the surrounding area. This way, they not only get to know the project but also become increasingly engaged with it. Beyond the walkthrough, users can select their future apartment exactly and experience the view from their own balcony, feeling at home right away. The 3D building and environment models are also complemented by on-site panoramic images, making the experience even more realistic and tangible. Thanks to mobile technology, this service package is accessible anywhere, so viewing a planned future project from another country and getting an accurate picture of every small detail is no longer an obstacle. This technology will soon completely replace paper-based sales formats — the only question is which developer or investor will bring it to market faster.
