ChatGPT-based 3D virtual colleagues

About the project

We developed 3D virtual colleagues for four different job roles (hostess, receptionist, salesperson and product expert), who appear on a screen — for example a vertically mounted display or a tablet — and serve customers with the necessary product knowledge. As a result of their prompting, it's hard to move them out of their role, and they always speak positively about their own product or brand. In addition, thanks to ChatGPT, they hold entertaining, engaging conversations with customers, ask follow-up questions, and comment — kindly, attentively, with expertise, 24 hours a day. Our virtual colleagues can truly be hired, so we welcome job offers addressed to them by name — and of course we're happy to create and train new virtual, AI-based colleagues for other job roles as well. Chris, the office building receptionist, who knows everything about the given facility — which companies are tenants, where the elevator is, where to get a good coffee, what the QR code received with an invitation can be used for, etc. VIDEO 2. Judy, a hostess working at a tasting promotion, who offers the latest product version with unwavering enthusiasm, knows everything about it and its production, and is appropriately chatty for the sake of success. Tom/Moha, the car salesperson, who can't be thrown off by questions about the models, knows the names of the most unusual color variants and even the stock inventory by heart, and will never say anything bad about his own brand.
