A Giraffe for Christmas in the Living Room – Sending Gifts from Facebook to Smartphones in the 4th Dimension

How can you send a tiger, a flower, a gold ring, an Android robot or even whisky to a friend living in New York in 1 second? We invite you to try a special Facebook application, Mizzard (http://www.mizzard.com), with which you can send virtual, 3-dimensional gifts to your friends, which actually appear in the real world through their smartphone's camera – as if they were really there in their apartment, on their table. You can choose the recipient from among your Facebook friends, and it's also decided here what the person receives out of the many options – our surprise then reaches them very easily, as a link in a Facebook message. All they have to do is open this message on their smartphone, download the free Junaio app, and then look around at the live camera image on the screen. Then the spatial, virtual heart, rhinoceros, Hello Kitty figure, championship trophy, or, around Christmas time, a Santa Claus intended for them becomes visible in the room, the office, or the garden. We can also decide where the gift goes – it can appear next to the friend we want to surprise (so it's always near them) or at a specific postal address marked on a map – in this case it will only be visible in virtual space around that particular street/house number. The surprise sent is of course accompanied by a secret gift card, in which the giver can write any message readable only by the recipient. With our solution, you can also send truly special, otherwise impossible gifts (even a penguin or a tiger), and it's not a problem if you happened to forget about gift-giving and need to find and send a nice surprise within a few minutes.
