About the project

With the help of our app built for the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department – ADJD – CMS –, anyone with an ongoing case can follow its details in real time on their smartphone, whether it's an iPhone or Android device. Users can check hearing dates, the names of participants, browse related documents, and even submit filings through the app. Of course, plenty of useful features await users even if they don't have a pending case. The app allows searching for lawyers and law firms, and automatically calculating the costs of various types of filings. In addition, the statistics module lets users track the number of cases closed and heard each day, and the exact location of the various buildings around the city can also be found in the app. As the icing on the cake, using 360-degree panorama technology, both the main courtroom and the museum inside the building can be explored from the comfort of your own living room. The project posed a special challenge on several fronts – on one hand, it's available in two languages, Arabic and English, and on the other hand – and this was the bigger challenge – we also developed the middleware system connecting the existing central database with the mobile app.
