About the project
With the Project Tango AR technology developed by Google, printed surfaces are no longer needed for virtual content to appear – the device continuously determines the placement of 3D content by scanning the surrounding space. The technology is currently available on a single device, the Lenovo Phablet Pro2, which we now also own – but more devices are coming soon. To demonstrate what such a solution can achieve, we took an app – not yet developed by us – down to the Kelenföld and Bikás Park stations of metro line 4 and placed life-size BMWs on the platform. Of course, our own projects will follow soon.
