About the project
The CZ Bren 2 assault rifle is the new service weapon introduced by the Hungarian Armed Forces, replacing the AK-63D. Soldiers need to get used to this new weapon during shooting exercises. The CZ Bren 2 is not only used by Hungarian soldiers but is now also manufactured in Hungary. In the CZ Bren 2 virtual shooting application, users can get familiar with the weapon and shoot at predefined targets. The application supports both automatic and semi-automatic firing modes on shooting targets. The advantage of virtual shooting over real shooting is that it provides a much more detailed breakdown of the shooter's performance. We can measure aiming time before every shot, identify precisely which shot was the best and which was the worst, and review the spread pattern using custom data visualization. Virtual shooting can of course never replace real shooting, but we recommend the application to every soldier and shooting enthusiast.
